Health and Ministry Update from LRM Board & Advisors

LRM-email-L&L2On behalf of Larry and Laura Randolph, we want to thank you for your love and partnership with LRM. For nearly 40 years Larry has encouraged and equipped many throughout the Body of Christ. Larry’s prophetic revelation, mixed with his unique gifting, has provided a global platform of communication with people of all ages. Even now at 65 years old, Larry’s heart is overflowing with excitement about a coming Visitation he believes will be poured out on this generation. In Larry’s own words…

“2014-2015 have been the greatest God-encounter years of my life. In one visitation, the Lord stood at the foot of my bed and spoke to me about an extraordinary outpouring of the presence of God’s heart coming to this generation. To help carry this message, I was reminded that ‘I must return to my first-love. My heart must become bigger than my gift and ministry’. Above all, I must prepare for a weighty manifestation God’s holy presence and the enlargement of the ‘Fruit of the Spirit’. The Lord showed me this soon coming renewal of ‘His love and character’ will far surpass the impact of the ‘power and gifting’ demonstrated in previous moves of God.”

However, challenges do exist. That’s why we are sharing with you the current condition of Larry’s health. For years, Larry has endured many different ailments. The most challenging in the last few decades have been partial blindness, heart arrhythmia, Meniere’s disease (which has required over 30 tubes in Larry’s ears to fly), and severe rheumatoid arthritis. Thankfully, God has been faithful to grant Larry the grace to deal with these obstacles and maintain a level of productive ministry.

Unfortunately, at the present time, years of advanced arthritis has made a major impact on Larry’s ability to travel, stand, and even walk. The drug (methotrexate) he has taken daily for 15 years has lost its effectiveness. Therefore, a change is needed to recover from this debilitating condition. Immediate action is now necessary for Larry to embrace what he believes is the most important phase of his life-long calling.

After meeting with top doctors in Nashville, it has been recommended that Larry begin a newly released regimen of treatment that seems promising. This new regimen of medicine, which will cost $30,000 annually, is not covered by Larry’s health insurance or Medicare. This medical process will also require most of 2016 for treatment, rest, and recovery. Larry will keep a few conferences he has already committed to this year, but (except for a creative miracle of healing) he will be cutting out a great portion of his traveling ministry.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you of how to pray for Larry and Laura. We are also asking you to please consider supporting the Randolph’s if God so leads you. The board and advisors of LRM have purposed to appeal for prayer and financial help during this challenging but pivotal year. Our conviction is that Larry will be strengthened to run with the vision of releasing God’s fathering heart to a generation hungry to experience His presence.
